Wanda Faye Fowler

Wanda Faye Morrow Fowler, age 70, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019, at her home in Courtland, MS.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Eureka Private Cemetery near Courtland, MS. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 P.M. those honored to serve as pallbearers include, Mark Aldridge, Teddy Morrow, Tim Morrow, Paxton Taylor, George Latham and Chris Clark.

Wanda was born November 9, 1948 in Batesville, MS to the late Casey Sherman and Gladys Lillian Clevenger Morrow. She was a retired registered nurse that enjoyed attending blues concerts in her spare time. Wanda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Batesville, MS and loved to paint, but most importantly, she loved her family dearly.

Her loving legacy will be cherished by her husband, Larry Fowler of Courtland, MS; daughter, Erika Fason (Nick) of Walthall, MS; son, Tim Christ of Oxford, MS; three sisters, Betty Morrow Aldridge of Courtland, MS, Theresa Morrrow Douglas of Batesville, MS, Diane Morrow Latham of Oxford, MS; brother, Billy (Bobby) Morrow, Sr. of Courtland, MS; two grandchildren, Elam Brody Fason and Janna Rialey Fason.

Along with her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Morrow McCullar; two brothers, Sherman Edward Morrow and Larry Wayne Morrow.
