Thomas Lee "Pee Wee" Pinkston, Jr., age 60, passed away Sunday morning, January 7, 2018 at his home near Batesville, MS.
There will be a memorial service held for Pee Wee at 2:00 on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00. Rev. Terrell McGregor will officiate.
Pee Wee was born July 8, 1957 to the late Thomas Lee Pinkston and Frances Evelyn Turman Dover in Lambert, MS. He was a HVAC technician during his lifetime and a member of Courtland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his loving companion, Janet McCullar of Batesville; one Son, Thomas Lee Pinkston, III (Stacey) of Senatobia; Step-Son, Jonathan McCullar of Batesville; Step-Daughter, Britni Pittman (Xavier) of Jackson; 2 God-Sons, Matthew Hollinger and Dylan Hollinger both of Batesville; 1 God -Daughter, Shayla Marie Hollinger of Batesville; 4 sisters, Sandra Pinkston Schiele of Batesville, Robbie Mooney (Michael) of Pope, Elizabeth Caroline Pinkston of Batesville and Theresa Rudd Fleming also of Batesville; 6 Grandchildren, Audrey and Caleb Pinkston of Senatobia, Amory and Grayden McCullar, Brayden and Jorden Pittman; 5 Nieces, Amanda Scott of Oxford, Jessica Shivers of Batesville, Christina Shivers, Micheala Dover, and Mae Dover, all of Pope; 3 Nephews, Dustin Kelly of Batesville, Shane Beavers of CA., and Baylor Dover of Pope; and his loving dog "Rip".
In addition to his parents, Pee Wee is preceded in death by 1 sister, Teresa Ann Logan; 1 brother, Michael Paul Dover; and 1 niece, Paige Beavers.
