Thomas Judson Parrish, Jr.

Thomas Judson "Tommy" Parrish, Jr., age 62, passed away early Sunday morning, November 11, 2018 at the North MS Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 14, 2018, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the family receiving friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Interment will follow the service at Curtis Union Cemetery.

Tommy was born August 10, 1956 to Loraine Smith Parrish Westbrook and the late Thomas Judson Parrish, Sr. in Memphis, TN. Tommy worked as a crane operator for ACI in Batesville. Tommy loved the outdoors, in his spare time he could often be found hunting or fishing. He enjoyed growing vegetables in his garden and barbecuing. He was a volunteer fire fighter for several fire departments. Tommy was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

The loving family Tommy leaves behind include his wife, Linda West Parrish; his children, Misty Parrish Houston (Duane) and Chris Parrish both of Batesville; sisters, Laura Parrish Herron (Pat) of Batesville and Sandra Parrish McGregor (David) of Atwood, TN.; 1 brothers, Gerald Parrish (Robbie) of Sardis; 1 step-brother, Bobby Westbrook (Len) of Nineveh, IN.; his mother Loraine Smith Parrish Westbrook of Sardis; and 2 grandchildren, Julie Houston and Zayden Houston.

In addition to his father, Tommy was preceded in death by his step-father, Donald Westbrook and 2 step-brothers, Charlie and Donnie Westbrook.
