Susan Wright

Susan Allen Wright, age 67, passed away today, August 6, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. Susan was the wife of Greg Wright of Sardis.

There will be a graveside service held for Susan at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville. Please remember to practice social distancing.

Susan was born February 2, 1953 to the late Cully Wayne Allen and Elsa Pauline Byers Allen in Tunica, MS. Susan was a retired convenience store manager. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking and tending to her garden and flowers.

The loving family she leaves behind includes her husband, Greg Wright of Sardis; 2 sisters, Lisa Sanford of Sardis, Brenda Habedank of Tupelo; one brother, Steve Allen of Senatobia; and one grandchild, Gregory D. Wright.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Diane Wright.
