Rose Johnson Randall, 82, died June 29, 2019 in Coldwater, MS at the home of her granddaughter, Robyn Morgan. She was diagnosed in 2015 of dementia. There will be no services. She will be cremated. Wells Funeral Home of Batesville has charge.
Ms Randall was born on Feb 8, 1937 in London, England to William Robert and Elsie Cooper Johnson. In London on July 7, 1956, she married US Air Force Airman, Marvin Randall, stationed in England and immigrated to America in 1957. In April 1987, she became a naturalized US citizen. Ms Randall was a resident of Leflore County and Itta Bena for 42 years, then moving to Olive Branch in 2002. She was a secretary working in Greenwood until she retired. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Itta Bena.
Ms Randall was very artistic and was an excellent seamstress and upholsterer. She enjoyed restoring
furniture and painting.
Ms Randall was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters; Mrs. Beatrice Kray and Mrs. Shirley
Bransby, both of England.
She is survived by two daughters; Teresa Lee Randall Walker (Gary) of Toney, AL and Donna Lynn
