On July 19, 2024, the world lost a compassionate soul as Nancy Lou Webster Shultice peacefully passed away at her home in Batesville, MS. Born on March 22, 1952, in Vardaman, MS, Nancy's life was a tapestry of love, care, and dedication to others.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 22, 2024, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the celebration. These services will provide an opportunity for all who knew Nancy to come together to honor and celebrate her remarkable life.

Nancy dedicated her life to helping others as a retired Registered Nurse from Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS. Her kindness and expertise touched countless lives, and her legacy the in medical field will be remembered for years to come.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy had a vibrant spirit and a love for various hobbies. She found joy in reading books, solving crossword puzzles, and creating beautiful arts and crafts. One of her favorite pastimes was painting with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories filled with love and creativity. Nancy also cherished nature walks along the trails near Sardis Lake, accompanied by her beloved dogs.

In every role she played, Nancy was guided by love and a deep sense of family. She is survived by her loving sons Wade Lester Shultice (Amber) of Starkville, MS, and Wesley Adam Shultice (Tonya) of Batesville, MS. She is also survived by her sisters Annette Goodson (Ernest) of Calhoun City, MS, Tina Brassfield (Rodney) of Vardaman, MS, sister-in-law, Dorothy Shultice of Sinajana, Guam and her brother, Clovis Webster (late Marcella) of Byhalia, MS.

Nancy's memory will be forever cherished by her grandchildren: Madison Shultice, Kamden Shultice, Ava Quay Shultice, and Alivia Jolee "A.J." Shultice. Her presence brought light and warmth into their lives, leaving an indelible mark on each of them.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Lester "Bill" Shultice; father Marty Webster; mother Quinette Jenkins Webster.

Nancy Lou Webster Shultice's absence leaves a void in our hearts that can never be filled. However, the memories we shared with her will serve as a guiding light through the darkness of our grief. May she rest in peace knowing she was deeply loved and will be missed beyond measure.
