Michael R. "Squirrel" Daniels, age 65, passed away Friday afternoon, June 15, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS.
A memorial service for Michael will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Sardis Church of Christ in Sardis, MS.
Michael was born August 25, 1952 in Memphis, TN to the late James L. and Jean Warren Daniels. He was a retired maintenance electrician.Michael enjoyed many past times including, hunting, fishing, collecting antique knives, but most importantly, spending time with his family. He was also an avid Ole Miss Football and Baseball fan.
Michael is survived by his wife, Aleita C. Daniels of Sardis, MS; two daughters, Melissa Daniels Cook of Batesville, MS, Amber Jodi Harris of Batesville, MS; three sons, Michael P. Daniels of Sardis, MS, David Carson Harris of Sardis, MS, Nathaniel Christopher Harris of Horn Lake, MS; sister, Diana Miller of Water Valley, MS; seven grandchildren, Jacob Daniels, Lucas Daniels, Hunter Cook, Brianne Harris, Katherine Kesterson, Savannah White, Brian White and one expected grandchild.
