Mason Allen

Mason Logan Allen, age 12, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019, near Durant, MS.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends Monday evening, March 4, 2019, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. and also one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. The interment will be at Vicksburg City Cemetery.

Mason was born July 31, 2006 to Marlisa Kaye Oliver and Jeffrey Lee Allen in Oxford, MS. Mason was a member of the First Faith Baptist Church. He enjoyed doing anything outside, particularly fishing and camping.

Those he leaves behind to cherish his loving memory include his parents, Kaye Oliver Allen of Coffeeville, MS, and Jeffrey Lee Allen of Batesville, MS; his grandmother, Lela Ann Oliver of Yazoo City, MS; his “bonus” mother, Jennifer Martin of Batesville, MS; his honorary grandparents, Tony and Virginia Martin; numerous aunts and uncles, and cousins who were more like siblings.
