Martha Roberson

Ms. Martha Roberson, age 86, passed away today October 13, 2017 at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be held on Sunday October 15, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 to 8:00 on Saturday evening, October 14, 2017 at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. Martha will be buried at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville. Martha was born July 12, 1931 to the late Howard Daniel Still and Eddie Lois Watkins Still in Sardis, MS. Martha can be remembered for her sweet  spirit and her many years or work as an LPN at Batesville Clinic. Those she leaves behind to cherish her loving memory include her daughters; Judy Karen Roberson of Courtland, Nancy Gail Roberson Wilson also of Courtland, and Kathy Lynn Roberson of Memphis, TN., her sister; Louise Maddox Baker (John) of Knoxville, TN., 1 grandchild, Ashley Brooke Wilson Smith (Chad), 1 great grandchild; Alden M. Gray, and 2 step great grandchildren; Chandler and Savannah Smith. In addition to her parents, Martha is preceded in death by 2 sister siblings; Marshall Still and Minnie Lee Waller. She will be greatly missed by her community.
