Mable Lou Cain Reed

Surrounded by her family, Mable Lou Cain Reed passes away on Saturday, February 8, 2020, in her home. Born on February 24, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Cass and Sally Cain.

Services for Ms. Reed will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00. Interment will follow at Forrest Memorial Park. Rev. Rusty Miller will officiate.

Everyone that knew her, knew her love for flowers and her garden. She cherished the company of her family, friends and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Reed, her son-in-law, Gene Guice, and her great-grandson, Josh Foster.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Lou Guice, Harold Reed and wife Sue, and Judy Massey and husband Charles, 6 grandchildren, Rod, Becky, Kerie, Kirk, Gaylon, and Amanda, her 10 great-grandchildren, her 6 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews who she adored as her own.
