Kevin V. Sharp

Kevin Sharp, age 63, passed away late Monday evening, October 22, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Funeral services for Kevin will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25th, 2018 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at Wells Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Forrest Memorial Park. Dr. Tommy Snyder will officiate the service.

Kevin was born October 14, 1955 to the late Cecil and Bonnie Tutor Sharp in Marks. Kevin was a retired operations manager for PODS. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Batesville. Kevin had many hobbies, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, classic cars, metal detecting and working with his hands. He had a special love for music, always listening for therapy. Most of all Kevin cherished time spent with his family and friends, especially his grandson, Briggs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Bonnie, and one brother Marty. Kevin is survived by two sons, Tyler Sharp (Elisa) of Batesville, and Blake Sharp also of Batesville and one grandson, Briggs Sharp.
