Joyce Herron Tippery, age 57, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Panola Medical Center in Batesville, MS.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 17, 2018, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow in Forrest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends two hours prior to the funeral service.
Joyce was born February 21, 1961, in West Memphis, AR, to Rev. Reginald Leonard Herron and Sybil Cagle Herron. She was a passionate caregiver, who always put others before herself, and loved all animals she came into contact with. Joyce was a homemaker and member of the former Rose Hill Baptist Church in Batesville, MS.
Joyce's loving and caring memory will always be remembered by her daughter, Kimberly Harris Steel of Arizona; two sons, Eugene James Harris of Sardis, MS, David Earl Harris of Oklahoma; mother, Sybil Cagle Herron of Batesville, MS; two sisters, Laura Herron Robison of Water Valley, MS, and Kathy Herron True of Water Valley, MS; three brothers, Pat Herron of Batesville, MS, Bob Herron of Batesville, MS, and Bill Herron of Batesville, MS,
and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Reginald Leonard Herron; son, Eddie Craig Harris; and one brother, Michael Wayne Herron.
