Jimmie Earl Martin

Jimmie Earl Martin, age 83, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Sardis Nursing Home in Sardis, MS.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. The interment will follow the funeral at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Pope, MS.

Jimmie was born on August 28, 1936 to the late William Ray Martin and Mamie Jewel Duke Martin in Panola County, MS. He was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his brother, Charles D. Martin of Pope, MS; one nephew, Bill Martin of Courtland, MS; and a cousin, Linda Mitchell of Batesville, MS.
