Jimmie H. "Bubba" Hardin, Jr. age 52, passed away Sunday afternoon, July 23, 2017 at his home in Sardis, MS.There will be a graveside service held for Bubba at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Forrest Memorial Park. Those honored to be pallbearers are Don Ward, Gene Carlisle, Buddy Mills, James Curlee, Heath Hudson, and Michael Page. Wells Funeral Home of Batesville has charge of arrangements. Rev. Terry Floyd will officiate. Jimmie H. Hardin, Jr. was born July 19, 1965 to the late Jimmie H. Hardin, Sr. and Barbara A. Cook Hardin in Clarksdale, MS. Jimmie, better know as Bubba, was employed for 32 years as a crane operator in Memphis. He was a member of First Faith Baptist Church. In his spare time, Bubba enjoyed playing guitar, working on and racing cars, and hunting and fishing. The loving family he leaves behind include 3 sons, Todd Jaco of Batesville, Jimmie "Tripp" Hardin of Sardis, and Tyler Hudson Hardin of Batesville,; 3 siblings, Teresa Hardin of Senatobia, James Curlee of Atoka, TN., and Chasci Hughes of Hernando,; one nephew, Johnathan Hardin of Senatobia; and 6 grandchildren.
