Jerry L. Dover

Jerry L. Dover, age 63, passed away Monday morning, October 23, 2023, at his home in Pope, MS.

At this time there are no services scheduled but a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Jerry was born May 8, 1960 in Quitman County, MS to the late Bobby and Norma Jean Bonner Dover. During his life, Jerry was a heavy equipment operator. In. his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers and spending time with his family and friends.

Those he leaves behind include his loving companion, Anita Carol Camp of Pope, MS; daughter, Dana Tutor of Batesville, MS; sister, Missy Dover; two brothers, Gerald Beard of Pope, MS, Grady Beard, Jr. of Sara Soto County, FL and two grandchildren, Layton Cannon of Batesville, MS and Tristan Tutor of Olive Branch, MS.

Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter, Jerri Dover Tutor; sister, Bobbie Jean Dover and his brother, Tommy King.
