Jake Joiner, Jr.

Jake Joiner, Jr., age 74, passed away at Panola Medical Center in Batesville, MS on September 7, 2017. Jake was born December 31, 1942 to the late Jake Abraham Joiner, Sr. and Audrey Foster Joiner in Panola County, MS. Jake worked in construction most of his life. He was a member of the MS National Guard and Black Jack Presbyterian Church. In his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. Survivors include 4 children; Renallda Burnett of Batesville, Tonya J. Champion of Senatobia,  Archie Joiner, and Reggie Joiner, both of Batesville, 1 brother; Tommy Joiner of Batesville and 1 sister: Robbie Trotter, also of Batesville, 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. The family will hold a private graveside service for Mr. Joiner on Saturday, September 9, 2017.
