George Ronald “Ron” Ware, age 57, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024, in the Baptist DeSoto Hospital in Southaven, MS. 

A memorial service to honor and remember Ron’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2024 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, Mississippi. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Ron was born on February 2, 1967, in Mississippi to the late Carolyn Tedford Masters and George F. "Woot" Ware. He dedicated his career to serving as an Engineer Architect for Avaya Technology Company for many years. His passion and skills in engineering left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of working with him.

Beyond his professional life, Ron had a zest for various hobbies and interests including hunting, fishing, landscaping, car restoration and songwriting. These pursuits brought him joy and allowed him moments of solace and creativity.

He will be dearly missed by his surviving family members: his beloved wife, Beverly B. Ware of Coldwater, MS; his two sons, Ronald B. "Ronnie" Ware and Ryan L. Ware both of Coldwater, MS; his half sister, Christy DuBois; his uncles, Bobby Tedford and Tony Ware; his nieces, Mary Elizabeth Beck Osborn, Melissa Chambers Darius(James), Mikki Whitney Johnson (Justin), Rikki Leigh Phillips Porter (Glen), Lauren Swaner, Jacey Beasley Temple (James), Sara Beasley Nelson (Dravin), and Stephanie Ritter Gilkey; his nephews, Keith and Cody Alonzo.

Ron's presence in their lives brought warmth, laughter, and love that will forever be cherished.
