Edna Scott

Edna Earlene Scott, age 96, passed away on September 7, 2019 at Pine Meadows Healthcare in Bolivar, TN.

There will be a graveside service held for Edna at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11th at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville.

Edna was born July 3, 1923 to the late Roy Holt and Viola Vernon Holt in Bayville, AR. She retired from Bell South after a 34 year career in service. Edna was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church.

Edna was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynda Flippo; son-in-law, L.W. Flippo; 2 sisters, Neda Kimes and Freddie Clements; one brother, Larry Holt.

Survivors include two grandchildren, Tina Johnson (Mark) and Jason Flippo (Kerri) both of Summerville, TN.; 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
