Douglas Michael Smet

Douglas Michael "Doug" Smet, age 41, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 at his home in Oxford, MS.

The family will be having a private graveside service on Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Cold Springs Cemetery in Sardis. They will hold a memorial gathering at a later date which is yet to be determined. The date and time will be announced later on our website.

Doug was born November 13, 1978 to Barbara Lambert and the late Harry Smet, Jr. in Batesville. He worked for Unlimited HVAC in Oxford as a HVAC repair man.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Lambert of Batesville; 2 sisters, Stacey Stice of Oxford, Roxana Martin of Beloit, WI.; brother-in-law, Kristopher Stice; nephew, Andrew Stice of Oxford; niece, Alaina Stice also of Oxford.
