Leslie Deborah Musgrove "Debbie" Billingsley, age 59, passed away November 24, 2018 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. Debbie was the widow of Maxwell H. Billingsley, Jr. 

There will be a memorial service for Debbie held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville with visitation beginning at 10:00. Dr. Chuck Strong will officiate. 

Debbie was born January 5, 1959 to the late Henry J. Musgrove and Mary Nina Rogers Musgrove in Lambert. Debbie retired from Northwest Mississippi Community College where she was an administrative assistant. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Senatobia. In her spare time, Debbie enjoyed going to the beach, Christmas Holidays and watching cooking shows. 

The loving family she leaves behind include her son, Scott Billingsley (Laurie); 2 sisters, Maxine Musgrove and Cathy Johnson both of Batesville; 2 brothers, Wayne Musgrove of Blue Springs, and Ronnie Musgrove of Madison; 2 grandchildren, Maxwell and Liam Billingsley. 

Memorial contribution in Debbie's honor may be made to N.W.C.C., 4975 Hwy 51 N. Senatobia MS 38668.
