Danny "Bo" Lee Cain, 52, of Batesville, MS, passed away Friday December 8, 2023 at Ruleville Nursing and Rehab. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday December 16, 2023 at 2pm in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1pm. 

Bo, as he was known, was born April 28, 1971 in Brewton, AL to Austin Cain and Frances Kiser Cain. Bo attended South Panola High School and worked alongside his father in the water well business. 

Bo was preceded in death by his father, Austin Cain, his paternal grandparents, Eller Bell Shell Cain and Ashley Cain, and his maternal grandparents, Bama Hughes Kiser and James Floyd Kiser. 

The family he leaves to cherish his memory includes his four children, Nikki Cain, Tylor Cain, Taylor Cain (Brittney), and Sadie Foster, his mother, Frances Kiser Cain, four siblings, Alvis Cain, Randy Cain (Toni), Melvin Cain (Lisa), and Angie Guntharp (Jamie), and five grandchildren.
