Charles Glynn Buell, 73, of Sardis, MS, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 at his home.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 2pm until 3pm with the memorial service beginning at 3pm in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel at Wells Funeral Home.

Glynn was born July 4, 1949 in Vicksburg, MS to the late William Edwin Buell and Mildred E. Finklea Buell. A member of Hebron Baptist Church, Glen was an avid football and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was a great cook. In addition to yard work, Charles also enjoyed fishing and received great joy in helping others. His love of service to others was evident in his mission trips to Russia and Brazil. Glynn also had an affinity for trains. He lived life to the fullest.

Glynn was a Quality Control Manager for the railroad and also worked for Horseshoe Plantation for 35 years

Glynn is survived by his loving wife, Jane Ellen Buell, four sons, Glynn Bowden Buell, of Tuttle, ND, Timothy Daniel Buell, of Panama City, FL, Andrew Joseph Buell, of Wynne, AR, and Thomas Michael Buell, of Horseshoe Lake, AR, two brothers, Jerry Buell, of California, and Paul Buell, of Houston, TX, nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
