Barry Wayne Terry, age 65, passed away at his home near Batesville on May 1, 2023. 

Funeral services for Barry will be held at 2:00 on Friday May 5, 2023 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. Interment will be held at Crowder Cemetery. 

Barry was born in Clarksdale, MS on June 26, 1957 to the late Jesse W. Terry and Shirlean Flynn Baker Terry. Barry was a Project Manager for Tri-Star Mechanical in Batesville. He was a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church. In his spare time, Barry enjoyed being outdoors. He could be found camping, hunting or fishing.

The family he leaves behind includes his wife, Adelle Marie Rapé Terry of Batesville; step-son, Michael Tate (Enita) of Sardis; step-daughter Tracy Tate of Miami, FL.; siblings, Debbie Terry Sibley of Batesville, Don Terry of Sardis; brother-in-law, Charles Leo Rapé of TN; six grandchildren, Cameron, Jylynn, Adain, and Jacob Tate, Haley and Jason Simer; one great grandchild, Khloie Tate; three nieces, Tabatha Terry Judkins, Jessica Sibley, and Danielle Sibley.
