Barbara Ann "Sissy" Swindle, age 53, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 16, 2022, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 9:00 A.M. Monday.

Sissy was born November 4, 1968 in Louisianna to Lonnie Ray McClenic and the late Barbara Gale McClenic. She was an accountant for the J.D. Williams Library at The University of Mississippi and a member of Courtland Baptist Church. Sissy enjoyed the outdoors while fishing and working in her flower garden. Some of her greatest times were playing games with her dad and Bingo with her mom. Sissy's greatest love was her family and especially her grandkids, where she never missed one of their events.

Her loving spirit will be missed most by her family, which includes her husband, Mike Swindle of Batesville, MS; two sons, Nick Swindle of Pontotoc, MS Payton Swindle of Ft. Stewart, GA; two daughters, Amber Swindle of Oxford, MS, Alyssa Swindle of Batesville, MS;  father, Lonnie Ray McClenic of Courtland, MS; brother, Lonnie Ray McClenic, Jr. of Courtland, MS and ten grandchildren.
