Arthur Henry Jr. Stenger

Arthur Henry Jr. Stenger, age 82, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the Panola Medical Center in Batesville, MS. He was the husband of Barbara Turnbow Stenger.

Arthur was born on January 9, 1938 to the late Irene Hill and Henry George Stenger in Michigan. He worked as a mechanic and was also a United States Veteran.

The family will hold a private gathering at Wells Funeral Home on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. 

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; daughters, Vicky Bigger (Jeff), and Susan Ballew (Clinch); sons, Jeffery (Christine) and Jimmy (Susan); brother Edward and sister Shirley; 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Arthur loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding his 4-wheeler. He took great pride in helping everyone in need of his mechanical knowledge.
