Alice Colley

Alice Evelyn Tucker Colley formerly of Memphis. Guided by a bright full moon Ms. Alice Evelyn Tucker Colley of Pope, MS passed on April 27, 2018 at the age of 93.

Born June 10,1924 she is preceded in death by her husband Burt Colley, she leaves behind her two sons Phillip. A Colley of Atoka, TN and Jeffrey L Colley (Linda) of Pope, MS., three grandchildren, Teddy Colley (Christy) of Pope, Darcy Colley Rhynes (Scott) of Oxford and Patrick Colley (Joy) of Jacksonville, FL. Along with her great grandchildren, Emma Rhynes and Jefferson Davis, Katelyn and Nathan Colley, Bethany Cotton and Danielle Barnette and her longtime companion Burnis Crain.

In her younger years she was very active in a bowling league, rabbit hunting, and was a lifetime fisherwoman. In her latter years she enjoyed yard work, card games, and spending time with her family. Ms.

Alice always made a lasting impression on everyone she encountered and will be greatly missed by all. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a family memorial will be held later.
