Click Here To View Video Memorial TributeBobby Jean Goodwin, age 74, of Pope, MS, formerly of Grenada, MS,  passed away in his home on Friday afternoon, December 3, 2010. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 6, 2010 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Blackjack Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Sunday, December 5, 2010 at the Grenada Presbyterian Church in Grenada, MS. where he was a member.Bobby was born August 7, 1936 in Batesville, MS. to the late Robert and Ruth May Goodwin. Mr. Goodwin graduated from Blackjack High School in 1954 and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force as an airplane mechanic.  Following his military service, he worked for Universal Steel Buildings and Pennaco Hosiery in Grenada, MS for 20 years respectfully.Mr. Goodwin is survived by his children, Tracy Pickett and husband Brad of Pope, MS, Michael Goodwin and wife Karen of Coppell, TX; friend and former wife, Margie Grant of Grenada, MS; sister, Betty Logue of Batesville, MS; three brothers, Billy Goodwin of Courtland, MS, Albert Goodwin of Enid, MS, Clifton "Skip" Goodwin of Batesville, MS and four grandchildren, Taylor and Dustin Buford, Jackson and Manley Pickett.
