A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 15, 2010 at West Marks Baptist Church, with Rev. Brian Grammer officiating and David Cook doing a eulogy. Interment to follow in Marks Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 PM prior to the service at the church. Jean was born on May 22, 1942 in Clarksdale, MS to Robert Lee and Gladys Tatum Robertson. She was a member of West Marks Baptist Church. She worked at Fairland Institute as an Intake Coordinator for 12 years. Mrs. Ray is survived by her husband, Royce Ray of Lambert, MS; daughters, Leagh Hamilton (Sidney) of Hartselle, AL; Robbie Rodgers of Lambert, MS; and Katie Jenkins (Jeremy) of Lambert, MS; brother, Pete Robertson of Lambert, MS; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Preceded by her parents: Gladys & Robert Lee Robertson; 2 Sisters: Vera Reeder & Nell Norton; Brother: Howard Robertson
