Click Here To View Video Memorial TributeEunice Evelyn Lavelle Smith age 88, widow of James Vanley Smith, died Sunday eveing 8/8/10 at the Golden Living Nursing Home in Batesville, Ms..Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday 8/11/10 at the Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery in Millington, Tn., with Mr. Ronnie McLilly officating.  Visitation  will start at 1:00 pm at the Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home located at 6755 Hwy 51 in Millington, Tn..Mrs. Smith was born June 13, 1922 in Burlison, Tn. to Ruben and Edith Boswell Lavelle.  Eunice was a homemaker and a member of the Millington Church of Christ in Millington, Tn.She is survived by 4 daughters: Ann Smith Huggins- Brighton, Tn.; Judy Smith Holcomb- Batesville, Ms.,;  Jean Smith Bell- Courtland, Ms.; Betty Smith Tucker- Memphis, Tn.; 4 Sons: Billy Smith- FT. Worth, Tx.; Mickey Smith- Marietta, Ga.; Jimmy Smith- Millington, Tn.; James Smith, Jr.- Millington, Tn.: Sister: Joyce Lavelle Ward- Covington, Tn.; Brother: Richard Lavelle- Burlison, Tn..  25 Grandchildren, 43 Great-Grandchildren and 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren.Mrs. Smith was preceeded in death by her parents Ruben & Edith Boswell Lavelle; Husband: James Vanley Smith; Daughter: Pamela Smith Tichener and a Sister: Earlene Lavelle Knight.
