Funeral service will be 4:30 PM Saturday, June l2, 2010 at Wells Funeral Home with Rev. Sonny Moore officiating. Interment to follow at Lambert City Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:30 to 4:30 PM Saturday, prior to the service. Mrs. Bailey was born April 29, 1924 in Lambert, MS to the late Wendall Thomas & Helen Sanders Haynes. She was a member of Lambert Baptist Church and retired from Garan Manufacturing Company in Lambert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Bailey; daughter, Martha Bailey Moore and 11 siblings. Mrs. Bailey is survived by her daughters, Mildred Bailey Millwood of Olive Branch, MS and Gloria Bailey Shellman of Batesville; brothers, Douglas Haynes of Lambert, MS; & Frank Haynes of Sardis, MS; 8 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Terry Millwood, Shelby Millwood, Adam Jones, Johnny Mitchell, Jimmy Shellman & Tim Moore.
