Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 4, 2010 at First Baptist Church, Batesville, MS with Rev. Roy Hartzell officiating. Interment will follow in Longtown Cemetery, Crenshaw, MS. Juanita was born on February 10, 1930 in Friars Point, MS to Joe and Bertha Pinion Chapman. She was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church in Sledge, MS. She was a member of member of The Explorers Bible Study in Batesville, MS. Juanita had retired from the Dana Corporation in Crenshaw, MS. Survivors include: Daughter: Deborah Hall Faust and Husband Norris of Sardis, MS; Son: Jody Hall and Wife Rita of Sarah, MS; 2 Sisters: Bertha Kaye Chapman Ritter of Batesville, MS, Joanne Chapman of Crenshaw, MS; 2 Brothers: Herbert Chapman of Senatobia, MS and Stanley Chapman of Southaven, MS; 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren. Juanita was preceded by her husband, Eugene O’Dell Hall; a daughter, Sheila Hall Douglas and her parents, Joe & Bertha Pinion Chapman; 3 Sisters, Sybil Chapman McGregor, Lillie McElyea and Sandra Chapman; 2 Brothers, Johnny Harold Chapman & Elma Clinton “Bubba” Chapman. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Wells Funeral Home. The family asks that memorials be sent to Hollywood Baptist Church 2200 Wadlington Rd, Sledge, MS 38670.
