The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, 4/3/10, at First Baptist Church, Batesville, MS with Dr. Robert (Bob) Self and Dr. P.J. Scott officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Batesville, MS. Visitation will be from 12:00 until the 2:00 p.m. service time on Saturday, 4/3/10, at First Baptist Church, Batesville, MS. Mr. Linder was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Milton Lee & Vinnie Lowe Linder on August 2, 1927. He was the owner of Dees Store and served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Batesville, MS. Survivors include: his wife, Louvene Dees Linder of Batesville, MS; 1 daughter, Jan Linder Roberts and husband, Bob, of Cleveland, MS; 2 sons: David Linder and wife, Cheryl Kay, of Meridian, MS; Dr. Lee Linder and wife, Stacy Jo, of Batesville, MS; 1 sister: Margaret Linder Campbell of Atlanta, GA and 7 grandchildren.
