Video Memorial TributeMrs. Lila Faye Moore Burns, 90 years old, passed away at Tri-Lakes Medical Center, in Batesville, MS on Monday morning, 3/29/10.She was the widow of F.W. Burns. Mrs. Burns was born in Panola County, MS to the late Henry Taylor and Gordie Welch Moore. She was a homemaker and member of Courtland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Clara Goodnight Tippit and brothers, Jack, Henry and James Moore. She is survived by her 2 daughters: Lois Ann Bolen of Batesville, MS; Arthurene Ullrich of Coldwater, MS and her son, William (Punk) Burns (Nancy) of Batesville, MS; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Pallbearers will be Dee Jay Barlow, Ronnie Peeples, Dewayne Williams, Warren Burns, Daniel Cole and Randy Boren. Memorials may be made to Courtland Baptist Church.
