Funeral services will be  at 4:00 pm Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Wells Funeral Home Batesville, MS with Dr. Robert Self and Dr. David Ball officiating. Interment will follow in Forrest Memorial Park, Batesville, MS. Eleanor was born on July 9, 1941 in Memphis, TN to Roy Mell and Elsie Cora Williams Johnson. Survivors include: Husband: Russell T. Gray, Jr.- Batesville, Ms.; 2 Daughters: Kimberely Crenshaw Slaughter- Oxford, Ms. -Patricia Gray Owen- Starkville, Ms.; Son: Thomas Glen Crenshaw- Batesville, Ms.; Sisters: Betty Johnson Brooks- Fayetteville, Tn.and Charlotte Johnson Gray-Batesville, Ms; Brother: Roy Johnson- New Albany, Ms. and 7 Grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday, September 4, 2009 at Wells Funeral Home.
