Wilma Louise Dunger Gregory

Wilma Dunger Gregory age 82, wife of Dewey Richard Gregory, died Monday 8/24/09 afternoon at her home, 35 Gregory Drive Pope, Ms.. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Pope, Ms. with interment to follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Reverend Jay Anderson will be officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening August 25, 2009 at Wells Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Gregory was a retired waitress and homemaker. She was also was a longtime member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Wilma was born December 21, 1926 in Memphis, Tn. to the late Leslie William and Helen Louise Cook Dunger. Mrs. Gregory is survived by her husband, D.R (Dick) Gregory of Pope, Ms.; daughter Kathy Jablonski and husband Ken of Pope, Ms.; son, Rick Gregory and wife Dianne of Greenbriar, Tn.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, David H. Fields and her brother, Tony Dunger.
