Bennie Ray Brewer

Bennie Ray Brewer, age 65, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, MS. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Heart Association. Mr. Brewer was born in Sarah, MS on May 13, 1944 to Bennie Rosce and Louise Lambert Brewer. He had retired from the U.S. Corps of Engineers as a Civil Engineering Technician. Bennie served his country in the United States Army. He was a Methodist. He is survived by his wife: Earlene Brewer of Batesville, MS; two daughters: Callie O. Hardin of Senatobia, MS and Angela D. Brewer of Horn Lake, MS; one son: Michael Edward Brewer of Germany; two sisters: Patsy Brewer Browning of Batesville, MS, Margaret Ann Brewer Young of Cincinnati, OH; his mother: Louise Lambert Roach of Sardis, MS; two grandchildren: Blake Moorehead and Tyler Hardin both of Senatobia, MS; one Great Grandchild.
