Christopher George Young

Christopher Young, age 42, of Crowder, MS, passed away October 3, 2016 in Tallahatchie County, MS. The family will hold a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. for Christopher on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Crowder Assembly of God. Visitation will begin at 12 noon prior to the service. Reverend Hall will officiate the service. Christopher was born July 18, 1974 to Polly Sue Donaldson Young and the late Albert Young in Charleston, MS. Christopher was a traveling electrician for Faith Tech. and a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Belzoni, MS. In his spare time, Christopher enjoyed grilling out, reading and riding around.  Those he leaves to cherish his memory include his wife, Brittany Self Young of Crowder, step-daughters; Rhyne Self and Loriann Self both of Crowder, mother, Polly Sue Donaldson Young of Charleston, his brother. Albert Young, Jr. (Betty) of Batesville, and 2 sisters; Daffy Darby (Chris) of Hernando, Vicky Salha and her daughter Ameerah of Charleston.
