Interment will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Pope, MS. C.H. was born on July 19, 1932 in Byhalia, MS to Lee Alton and Ellen Smith. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. C.H. worked for BellSouth for 38 years. He was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Pope, MS. Survivors include: Son: Lee Allen Smith, Sardis, MS; Daughter-in-law: Lisa Hudson Smith- Sardis, MS; Granddaughter: Taylor Smith- Sardis, MS; Grandson: Hudson Smith- Sardis, MS.
