Rebekah Jo Appleton

Ms. Rebekah Jo "Becky" Appleton, age 47 of Batesville, passed away August 23, 2016. Funeral services for Becky will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 prior to the service. Becky was born September 22, 1968 to Earl Walker and Barbara Jean Haskins in Mattoon, IL. During her lifetime, Becky enjoyed yard work, bird watching, crossword puzzles, and playing with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her 2 daughters, Samantha Jo Appleton, and Haley Len Appleton both of Batesville, her son, Sullivan Keith Appleton of Batesville, sister, Carmen Wrenn of Courtland, brother, Matthew Walker of Sardis, and 3 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one grandchild.
