Earl F. Anderson

Earl F. Anderson, age 64, passed away at his home, June 2, 2016, in Water Valley, Mississippi. The family will hold a memorial service for Mr. Anderson on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. Earl was born, November 17, 1951 to the Kathleen Ray and the late Earl F. Anderson Sr. in Indianola, MS. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Earl was a cook and security guard during his lifetime and a member of the Baptist Faith. Those left behind to cherish his precious memory include his daughter, Stacy Williamson of Vance, MS, his mother, Kathleen Ray of Water Valley, MS, 2 sisters; Pat Flemmons of Water Valley, MS, and Jane Williams of Coldwater, MS, 2 step-sisters; Helen Murray of Branson, MO, and Rachel Bryan of Alabama, 1 step-brother, Paul Edward Ray of West Point, MS, and 5 Grandchildren. Earl is preceded in death by his father Paul Ray, daughter, Misty Anderson, and brother Jerry Anderson. In lieu of flowers the family asked for those wishing to send memorial contributions in Earl's name to please do so to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105
