Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clarksdale, MS. Visitation will be Friday, May 29, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Joyce was born on April 28, 1954 in Clarksdale, MS to Everett Gray and Mary Lee Skeahan Skeen. Joyce was the Vice President for Data Processing at Citizens Bank and Trust Co. in Clarksdale, MS. Joyce loved her dogs "Oscar & Myer". She enjoyed feeding the deer that visited her home and she spent time bird watching. Mrs. Joyner admired and loved all of her grandchildren very much! She was a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church in Clarksdale, MS. Survivors include: 2 Sons: Austin Ellis Joyner- Batesville, MS Clinton Everett Joyner (Wendy)- Covington, TN 2 Sisters: Mary Ann Skeen Verhagen- Tallulah, LA Bobbie Skeen Akin- Hutchinson, KS Brother: Tommy Skeen- Saratoga Springs, NY 5 Grandchildren: Tessa, Bradley, Gray, Matthew & Morgan The family asks that Memorials be sent to Humane Society of United States 2100 L Street NW Washington, DC 20037
