Terry Lynn Heskett, Sr.

Terry Lynn Heskett, Sr. age 69, passed away May 11, 2016, at Methodist University hospital in Memphis, TN. Terry is the husband of Grace Heskett of Oakland, MS. The family will hold a memorial service for Terry Friday, May 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m. prior to the service. Dr. Dennis Heskett and Dr. Michael Heskett will officiate the service. Terry was born January 31, 1947 to the late Acie D. Heskett and Mable Pearl Hudgins Heskett of Union City, TN. Terry was a truck driver during his lifetime and the former owner of The Catfish Hut at Enid Dam. He was a member of Goodhope Baptist Church. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife; Grace Wilson Heskett of Oakland, MS, his daughter; Tracy Heskett Hall of Courtland, MS, his two sons; Terry Lynn Heskett, Jr. of Ontario Canada, and Timmy Farris of Oakland, MS, his sister; Sonja G. Patterson of Llncoln Park, MI, and his brother; Jerry C. Haskett of Crowder, MS, 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
