Jesse Ray Lipe

Jesse Ray Lipe, age 29, passed away May 5, 2016 at his home in Batesville, MS. Jesse was born May 1, 1987 to Casey Ray Lipe and Amy Brisco Lipe in Memphis, TN. During his brief time on this earth he had many loves. Jesse was a great cook. He was a movie/cinema enthusiast and WWII history buff. Being a professional musician and from a musical family, music was his life. His favorite tune was "Footprints" by Wayne Shorter. He was a member of Batesville Church of Christ. Those Jesse leaves behind to cherish his memory include his parents; Casey Ray Lipe and Amy Brisco Lipe of Batesville, his loving sister; Erika Casey Lipe of Oxford, his girlfriend; Gabrielle Lott of Oxford, his brother-in-law; Brandon Northcutt of Oxford, his Grandmother; Edna Lavern Ragon Brisco of Batesville, and last but not least, his beloved Labrador Retriever, Diesel Ray Lipe. The family will hold a memorial service for Jesse at a later date which will be announced. Wells Funeral Home has charge.
