Ruben Lee Pauley, Sr.

Ruben Lee Pauley, Sr. age 71, passed away May 2, 2016 at his home in Batesville, MS. Funeral services for Mr. Pauley will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. Interment will follow the service at Lambert Cemetery in Lambert, MS. Rev. Ernie Gordon will officiate the service. The family will receive friends beginning at 500 p.m. until 8:00 on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Wells Funeral Home. Ruben was born July 18, 1944 to the late Sampson J. and Viola Ball Pauley in Boone County, W.V. Ruben was a tool and die maker during his lifetime and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife; Mary Annette Ward Pauley of Batesville, MS, 2 daughters; Cathy Pauley Allen (Jimmie) of Byhalia, MS, and Tina Pauley Williams (Royce) of Sardis, MS, 1 son; Ruben Lee Pauley, Jr. of Hernando, MS, Mother-In-Law; Mary Catherine Ward of Batesville, MS, 4 sisters; Christine Pauley McClanahan of Median, Ohio, Carol Pauley Carlson, of Chardon, Ohio, Drema Pauley Swimm of Richfield, Ohio, and Letta Faye Pauley Stollings of Madison, W.V., one brother, Philip Ross Pauley of Madison, W.V. 6 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ruben was preceded in death by 9 siblings.
