Funeral services for Daniel will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 prior to the service. Daniel was born December 1, 2002 to Dorothy Perkins Potts and Randy Cook in Memphis, TN. In addition to his parents. Daniel leaves behind 4 brothers; Morgan Cook of Jackson, MS, Aubrey Cook of Mendenhall, MS, Landon Potts of Oxford, MS, and Chris Potts, Jr. of Oxford, MS, one sister, Sissy Potts Appleton of Batesville, MS, Grandmother; Beverly Perkins of Oxford, MS, Great-Grandparents; Allen and Dorothy Wright of Oxford, MS.
