S.C. Sullivant, Jr.

Mr. S.C. Sullivant, Jr. age 68, of Batesville, MS, passed away February 15, 2016 at the Veterans Medical Center in Memphis, TN. The family will hold a memorial service for Mr. Sullivant on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 prior to the service. Mr. Sammy Mulloy and Mrs. Sherry Hopkins will officiate the service. S.C. was born June 29, 1947 to the late Floy Scott Sullivant and Silas Cypert Sullivant, Sr. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. S.C. was of the Presbyterian Faith and worked as a farmer and mechanic during his lifetime. Those left behind to cherish his memory include 3 sons; Bryan Cody Sullivant of Batesville, MS, Walter Hayden Sullivant of Starkville, MS, and Silas Chad Sullivant of Pope, MS, 6 grandchildren and his best friend and caregiver Pat Rowland Sullivant.
