James "Jimbo" L. Stovall, age 63, passed away, February 13, 2016, at Quitman County Hospital in Marks, MS. He is the husband of Ruthie Stovall of Belen, MS.
Funeral services for Mr. Stovall will be held at Belen Baptist Church in Belen, MS at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2016. The family will receive friends at 1:00 prior to the service at the church. Interment will be held at Belen Cemetery. Bro. Greg Hood and Bro. Mike Smithey will officiate the service.
Jimbo was born August 30, 1952 to the late James Edward Stovall and Emma Janette Elliott Stovall in Marks, MS. During his lifetime he was a welder and was employed with Stephens-Adamson for 30 years. He enjoyed wood working and any project his loving wife Ruthie had for him to do. Jimbo was a Godly man, he loved the Lord and was a member of Belen Baptist Church.
Those left behind to cherish his loving memory include his wife of 27 years, Ruthie Stovall of Belen, MS, 3 children; Sara Stovall Fuller (Adam) of Fayetteville, AR., Matt Stovall of Belen, MS, Daniel Stovall of Memphis, TN., siblings; Vickie Jennings of Duck Hill, MS, and Mike Stovall of Belen, MS., and one grandchild.
