Jane Robison

Jane Robison, age 88, died January 31, 2016 in Alexandria Va. She was the daughter of the late John W. Robison, Sr. and Vernon Burford Robison, and the sister of the late John W. Robison, Jr. and James Burford Robison, Sr. all of Batesville. She attended Mississippi University for Women, and graduated from The University of Mississippi. She was a civilian employee of the U.S. Air Force. She worked in Gulfport, MS, Wiesbaden, Germany, Dayton, OH, and Washington, DC until retirement. She received the USAF Award for Civilian Meritorious Service in the Intelligence Dept. She made her home in Alexandria, VA. A graveside service will be held at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville, MS at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Reverend Jerry Long of Batesville Presbyterian Church will officiate.
