Scott Lewis

Scott Lewis, age 52, of Sardis, MS, passed away at his home near Sardis. He is the husband of Diane Lewis. Funeral services for Mr. Lewis will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Batesville, MS. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. Reverend Chris Cooksey will officiate the service. Scott was born December 25, 1962 to the late William Scott Lewis and Barbara Ruth Denton Lewis in Memphis, TN. Scott had a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Physics, was an EMS, Licensed Funeral Service Provider, Musician and Scuba Driver. He was a retired X-Ray Technician for Quitman County Hospital and member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Diane Wilkerson Lewis of Sardis, MS, 2 children, Devin Griffith of Biloxi, MS, and Sean Patrick Wilkerson of Richmond, VA, one brother, John C. Lewis (Rexanne Cole) of Olive Branch, MS.
