Hulett Oswalt Moore

Mr. Hulett "H.O." Oswalt Moore, age 85, passed away early Friday morning, August 07, 2015, at his home in the Enid Lake area. He is the husband of Carolyn Bullard Moore. Services for Mr. Moore will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 9, 2015 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville MS. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Forrest Memorial Park with Military Honors. H.O. was born October 27, 1929 to the late Hubert and Thresa Moore in Bellefontaine MS. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. H.O. was a retired truck driver employed with Matlack Chemical in Memphis TN. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Carolyn Bullard Moore of Pope, 6 children, JoEllen Doss (David) of Calhoun City, MS, Michael Moore (Shelly) of Calhoun City, MS, Jeffery Moore (Jamie) of Hernando, MS, Joy-Gale Hankins (Jeremy) of Pope, MS, Kim Moore of Pope, MS and Jae-Rae Moore of Pope, MS, and a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. In addition to his parents, H.O. was preceded in death by 1 son, Marcus Randal Moore, 2 brothers, Joe Reese Moore and Jack Moore, 2 sisters, Mildred Stoddard and Georgia Moore, and 2 Granddaughters Jerilyn Moore and Amanda Moore.
